Practice Integrated Governance and Risk Management
This is a tailorable service we offer providing a structured approach to the management of risk and assurance to NHS funded organizations. In response to the need to demonstrate good governance and probity and evidence the assurance mechanisms to comply with the requirements of the CQC registration and inspection processes. Our experienced team will assist in the development of strategies and a programme of work which will ensure your business is prepared, resilient and responsive, providing the assurance expected by regulatory bodies.
We provide highly adaptable telephony packages, which use state of the art Cisco phone systems. The system can be scaled from a single telephone to full call centre. Features such as menus (IVR), queues, voicemail and call recording are tailored to your individual needs by our experienced team. The support for the system is provided by the same in house engineers that build the system ensuring you get the best service possible. We can also provide training on the system if required. We use our economies of scale to provide an excellent call tariff that we have negotiated with the telecoms providers. Additionally the system can be reconfigured, grown or even reduced at any time to cope with any changes in your requirements.
With practices continually looking for ways to adapt to the requirements of an ever changing NHS some are moving towards greater collaborative working. Our team of specialist managers with experience of transformational change can work with practices to develop customer inspired service design from market research and negotiation right through to implementation.
We offer an electronic fax service called RightFax, allowing you to digital receive your faxes. This saves time and cost in comparison to traditional fax machines, with faxes simply being saved on the user’s computer. One fax number can be accessed via a web browser from any location or connected device, allowing one contact number to be used across multiple sites. It is by default a safe haven as access to the faxes is controlled by a username and password.
