We will be at the Health Plus Care Exhibition in London on 27th and 28th June.
Health+Care is the largest national integrated care conference. The conference offers more than 100 hours of the highest quality content across a variety of lectures, debates and workshops during the two day event.
The event is a rare opportunity for colleagues from across the NHS, local government, care homes and the voluntary sector to come together to network, collaborate and share learning around implementing change.
On the first day of the exhibition we will be speaking in the Transformation in Action theatre. Our Managing Director, Stephen Childs, along with Carolyn Gullery from our partner organisation Canterbury District Health Board in New Zealand will be speaking about supporting STPs and emerging ICSs throughout their system transformation journey.
Come along to learn how NECS has been supporting Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships and Integrated Care Systems through their system transformation journeys to date.
You will find out about recent case studies from North Cumbria and South Tyneside and how NECS have supported them on their journey of integration.
The session will also include the learning from our strategic partner: The Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB) in New Zealand. CDHB has been on a 10 year journey of transformation and integration based on a whole systems approach which has led to becoming one of the foremost integrated health systems in the world (The Kings Fund).
- This session will cover the steps needed for successful system wide transformation and highlight how NECS has already supported emerging systems utilise this approach
- Shared learning from Canterbury District Health Board and their 10 year journey of transformation to an integrated health and social care system
- There will be plenty of practical tips to support CCGs, STPs and emerging ICS as they embark on their journey of integration.
