Gender Pay Gap Report 2019

We have recently published our Gender Pay Gap Report for 2019.

The calculations in this report are based on data as at 31st March 2019 and include directly employed staff and agency workers.

The gender pay gap within NECS, which had reduced significantly since the 2017 report moving from a median gap of 12.44% to 3.40% in 2018, remained static in 2019 at 3.41% with a negligible 0.01% increase.
