Outlined below is the NECS Gender Pay Gap Report for 2021.

The calculations in this report are based on data as at 31st March 2020 and include directly employed NECS staff. Whilst the gender pay gap in NECS is lower than the national average, the pay gap has slightly increased this year and therefore a robust action plan has been developed.
