We’re delighted to announce that our Communications and Medicines Optimisation Teams were successful at the Forward Healthcare Awards which took place last night.
The teams achieved Highly Commended in the Excellence in Communications and Engagement category for the My Medicines My Health campaign.
Across the NHS in the North East and Cumbria, NECS developed and delivered an approach to support efficiencies around over the counter prescribing. The aims were to raise awareness of prescribing costs and to save costs for prescribing items that patients can easily buy to treat minor ailments.
