The NECS Surge Team are hosting the annual Preparing for Winter and Systems Resilience event (formerly known as the Masterclass). The session is to be held on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 from 9:30am to 4pm and will be a virtual event via Microsoft Teams.
The event is aimed at staff involved in surge management across the North East and North Cumbria from Primary, Secondary and Social Care, Voluntary and Independent Sector and Commissioning organisations. The purpose of the event is to identify areas of best practice and innovation and look ahead to winter 2020/21.
The agenda includes an update from a national perspective on COVID-19, specialist updates and working group sessions at an ICP level.
