The annual Systems Resilience Masterclass Event is being held on Tuesday 18th September 2018 at The Durham Centre, Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham, DH1 1TN.
The event is aimed at staff involved in System Resilience and Surge Management across the North East and North Cumbria from primary, secondary and social care, the voluntary and independent sector and commissioning organisations.
During the event there will be presentations on the expectations for managing winter 2018/19, pressures faced over winter from an acute, Local Authority and primary care perspective, presentations showcasing examples of best practice across the region and designated time allocated during the afternoon session for testing of the winter plans within Local A&E Delivery Boards.
