“RAIDR is integral to our command and control process and indeed to our day to day operations.  All Bronze, Silver and Gold are registered to use the app as are key managers / matrons around the Trust and they refer to this to see what is happening at the front door as the live A&E feed updates every 10 minutes.   The OPEL level is cascaded across the Trust so wards can see when we are in escalation.  OPEL triggers are activated from the app which in turn cascades the actions to all command and control to inform of key information such as non-urgent surgery has been cancelled etc.”
