If you’re a member of NECS (clinical and non‑clinical staff, agency staff, bank staff, contractor and/ or trainee) and want to raise a concern, you can contact our Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) Guardian in confidence at necsu.ftsu@nhs.net
The FTSU Guardian is here to support NECS members, who want to speak up safely about concerns such as patient safety, workplace culture, or anything that doesn’t feel right.
