The NECS Finance team has been nominated for three awards at the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Northern Branch Annual Conference 2023.
The three nominations are for:
- Team of the Year Award for Larger Teams
- Accountant of the Year Award – Louise Newson
- Lifetime Achievement – Marion Owens, a former NECS employee
The HFMA Northern Branch Awards mark excellence in NHS Finance across the region, recognising local achievements, hard work and commitment within the regional healthcare community.
The awards will be announced and presented at the Northern Branch Annual Conference Dinner on Friday 23 June 2023 at The Grand Gosforth Park Hotel. This one-day event will be followed by an evening of celebration and will bring colleagues from across the region together to celebrate success, reconnect, reflect and learn.
