Technical information and pricing model

As RAIDR is entirely browser based, access to an N3 connection and the availability of a modern web browser are the only IT infrastructure requirements; this facilitates a rapid and uncomplicated implementation process.

From a more technical perspective, the data held within RAIDR is protected to the highest information governance standards, with tight security, strictly controlled access based on the role of each user, and a highly resilient and reliable technical infrastructure. All systems and data are held within a highly secure environment. The hosting data centre is certificated at Tier 3 TIA-942 levels of resilience; with Impact Level (IL) 4 of data confidentiality and is accredited to ISO 27001 in data security.
