Our expert team can support you in any strategy work across your Integrated Care Board (ICB), Integrated Care System (ICS) or organisation. 

Whether it is a new organisation or partnership strategy, a new digital or estates strategy, a health inequalities or primary care strategy, our methodology will support you in:

  • Understanding what is important to your stakeholders through strategy co-production.

  • Leadership development re population health.
  • Organisational development re population health.
  • Strategy development including current state analysis, stakeholder engagement and implementation. This could be a strategy for an organisation to reduce health inequalities, implement a Population Health Management approach or to develop a strategy for any priority using a population health approach, e.g. clinical strategy, elective recovery.
  • Training and coaching.
