Our Population Health Analytics (PHA) approach analyses health and care data at a population level to identify trends, health outcomes and disparities. The goal is to improve the overall health of a group of people by using data-driven insights to inform decision-making, policy development and resource allocation and is a key part of NECS’ Population Health Management (PHM) support offer.
