For the second year running, the NECS Consultancy team has been officially re-accredited with the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) Award.
The Consultancy in-house training and development programme has been audited against the competency framework by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and proved it has met the standards required for knowledge, understanding and professional practice.
Sarah Rutter, Senior Manager at NECS Consultancy, said: “It’s fantastic to be recognised once again for our hard work in maintaining and building upon our accreditation for our in-house training and development programme.
“This programme is designed to train our consultants to the standard required to achieve, and sustain, the Chartered Management Consultant Award. NECS is one of only twenty-one organisations in the UK which are currently accredited which shows our commitment to supporting our people and I am really proud of everyone in our team who made this possible.”
The ChMC Award is the highest recognition of a management consultant’s expertise, experience and talent given within the profession. It has been developed to set and maintain standards of excellence in management consulting and to reward professional competence and achievement. It has now been adopted widely across the industry by some of the leading UK consulting firms.
In November 2020, NECS Consultancy became the first organisation to become accredited to deliver the ChMC Award.
All team members have the opportunity to become Chartered Management Consultants, so having a training programme which is benchmarked against the Professional Standard of the Chartered Management Consultant Award (MCMI ChMC) enables NECS Consultancy to offer a clear career development path.
NECS Consultancy currently has 79 team members registered on the programme.
