We offer EDI support to customers, working with public sector NHS and local authority partners to tackle discrimination and embed EDI and human rights into all organisational specific structures and processes.
Our strong relationships with different organisations help to support our ambitions, where we can provide assistance with customer needs including the following:
- Policy development and guidance on legislation
- Strategic planning
- Project services, assessments to meet public sector equality duties (e.g. EDS2022) and training (unconscious bias)
- Support with online solutions (e.g. Equality Impact Assessment monitoring); and
- Specific NHS Services.
Our services can be commissioned by a range of public bodies, including NHS organisations, police forces, local councils and third sector organisations.
