Not all heroes wear capes! Robin Blythe, Senior Project Manager in the Digital Transformation and Optimisation Service (DTOS) at NECS was given the coveted Everyday Hero Award for Outstanding Collaboration by NHS England at a national event focussed on technology-enabled health and the care journey to support people at home.
Robin was awarded for the fantastic work he has done over on the NHS’s Remote Monitoring Programme and recognised his hard work, dedication and commitment to delivery and going the ‘extra mile’.
The judging panel said: “This award recognises the efforts of somebody who has gone out of their way behind the scenes to keep things on track with excellent trouble-shooting skills, calm pragmatism and a can-do attitude – above and beyond the ‘day job’.”
Denise Connelly, DTOS Lead at NECS added: “We are really proud of Robin and the award is testament to the great work our team does and our commitment to delivering the best service we can to customers.”
