• NENC ICB – provision of contract management services in respect of acute, ambulance, independent sector, community services, partnership agreements with local authorities and All-Age Continuing Care.
• North Yorkshire CCG – provision of contract management support for GP practice, Federation and CHC contracts.
• Provider Collaborative (West Yorkshire Adult Secure, West Yorkshire CAMHS and Humber) – provision of contract management support to Mental Health Provider Collaboratives.
• Integration Durham County Council – streamlined and integrated contracting processes, implementing a standard set of methodologies and tools enabling a single robust, coordinated approach to contracting and assurance across health and social care.
• NHS England – provision of contract management (including transformation, commissioning and delivery) support for non-custodial services.
• Tees Valley Area (NENC ICB) – transport booking service for patients requiring transport to and from outpatient appointments and choice / onward referral service for MSK conditions and cataract procedures.
• COVID Transport Hub (County Durham) – provision of a patient booking transport service for patients eligible for COVID vaccinations.
