DeskSmart provides an easy-to-use, self-service system that enables you to view workspace availability. Accessible from a smartphone, a PC or a tablet, it means no more wasting time looking for a space to sit and work. 

DeskSmart is adaptable to making any resources bookable – meeting rooms, equipment, parking spaces or any physical resource. It helps to track of who worked at which desk and on which day and saves you time by automating the process. Administrators can manage their estate’s capacity and pull a report with just a few clicks.

  • The 30 minutes countdown window is adjustable via the admin area
  • Governance: which is DCB0129 clinical safety standard compliant, IG (DPIA/DPA) compliant. We are also working towards full DTAC/DSPT compliance
  • Ongoing support: in addition to standard help desk and technical support offerings, our team works continuously with customers to identify opportunities for improvements to existing functionality and new features that will benefit all system users.
